We operate as a private floral studio rather than a traditional retail shop. This allows us to focus on creating thoughtfully designed, handcrafted arrangements with the highest level of care and attention to detail.

A standard $15 delivery fee applies to orders. Complimentary local delivery is offered on orders over $125.

Every arrangement is personally hand delivered locally, not boxed or courier shipped. This ensures your flowers arrive perfectly styled, fresh, and ready to be enjoyed.

We deliver throughout Palm Bay, Melbourne and the Space Coast.

Absolutely! Choose your preferred delivery date when making your selection. If no date is selected, we’ll plan for next-day delivery and reach out if we need to confirm.

We're happy to note preferred delivery time requests. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our team carefully plans delivery routes each day to ensure quality and freshness. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Holiday delivery is available on select holidays only and in limited quantities.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe location when possible. If a safe placement is not available, we may contact the sender or recipient to arrange the next steps. Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra fee.

Yes. We're happy to create custom arrangements based on color palette, style, or occasion. Please note that flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability, and substitutions may be made to maintain quality and design integrity.

Each arrangement is uniquely designed by hand. We aim to closely match the style and color palette shown, exact flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

Keep your vase or container filled with fresh water at all times. Even when floral foam is used, a consistently high water level is essential to ensure your flowers remain beautifully hydrated and last as long as possible.

If you choose to fully replace the water, be sure to gently wash the container first and refill with fresh room-temperature water.

Every few days, take the arrangement out and trim the stems. Cut about ¾ to 1 inch off the bottom of each stem at an angle, this helps the flowers absorb water more easily. Always use a clean sharp knife, floral cutter, or scissors. Avoid crushing or puncturing the stems, as damage to the water conducting tissues can prevent proper hydration.

Remove any faded blooms, damaged leaves, or foliage that would sit below the waterline in the vase.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address your concern.
