Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the concern so we can make it right.
Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for:
- Damaged arrangements
- Incorrect orders
- Quality issues upon arrival
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- Incorrect delivery information provided
- Missed deliveries
- Improper care after delivery
- weather exposure after requested unattended delivery
Delivery fees are nonrefundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
