We operate as a private floral studio offering delivery only, rather than a traditional retail shop.
Is delivery free?
A standard $15 delivery fee applies to orders. Longer distance locations outside of our delivery zone may incur an extra fee.
How are your flowers delivered?
Every arrangement is personally hand delivered locally, not boxed or courier shipped. This ensures your flowers arrive perfectly styled, fresh, and ready to be enjoyed.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Absolutely! Choose your preferred delivery date when making your selection. Deliveries are typically next or on a future selected day, if a rush order is needed please give us a call or text.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We're happy to note preferred delivery time requests. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our team carefully plans delivery routes each day to ensure quality and freshness. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
Do you deliver on Holidays?
Holiday delivery is available on select holidays only and in limited quantities.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe location when possible. If a safe placement is not available, we may contact the sender or recipient to arrange the next steps. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request. Florida weather is not our flowers' best friend.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Yes. We're happy to create custom arrangements based on color palette, style, or occasion. Please note that flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability, and substitutions may be made to maintain quality and design integrity.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is uniquely designed by hand. We aim to closely match the style and color palette shown, exact flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
How do I care for my flowers?
Trim the stems, keep the vase or container filled with fresh water at all times. Even when floral foam is used. Keep arrangement away from direct sunlight to extend its life (when possible).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address your concern.
